Case Study Overview
This case study highlights how a combined approach of digital marketing training and performance-driven execution improved both student outcomes and online visibility for CADD Nest. By integrating SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and structured training programs, the initiative supported student skill development while strengthening multi-location digital presence.
PROBLEM
CADD Nest aimed to offer industry-relevant digital marketing training that went beyond theory and prepared students for real job roles. Many students struggled to apply classroom concepts to practical marketing scenarios expected by employers. At the same time, the institute needed to improve its online visibility across multiple branches. Their websites and Google Business Profiles were not fully optimized, limiting organic traffic and student inquiries.

SOLUTION
I designed and delivered practical training programs covering SEO, SEM, and social media marketing, aligned with current industry standards and certification requirements. The training emphasized real-world application, tools usage, and campaign-level understanding. In parallel, I managed digital marketing initiatives for CADD Nest, implementing SEO strategies across three institute websites, optimizing Google Business Profiles for multiple branches, and creating content to improve search visibility and engagement. Through workshops and partner college programs, the training impact was extended to a wider student base while maintaining consistent quality and relevance.


Challenge
Maintaining an up-to-date curriculum required continuous tracking of evolving digital marketing and AI trends. Training content had to be revised frequently to stay aligned with real industry expectations. Managing SEO and local visibility for multiple branches simultaneously required structured execution to ensure consistent growth without dilution of results. Balancing intensive student engagement with ongoing institute-level marketing execution demanded careful prioritization and planning.
Summary
The project resulted in over 350+ students gaining practical, job-relevant digital marketing skills through hands-on training. Simultaneously, SEO and local optimization efforts improved search visibility and engagement across multiple branches, contributing to stronger brand presence and increased student inquiries. This demonstrates the effectiveness of combining training delivery with real marketing execution.
