MyCaptain - Trained 400+ Learners in Marketing Crash Courses
Delivered intensive digital marketing crash courses for 400+ MyCaptain students across multiple batches, covering SEO, social media, performance marketing, and branding through hands-on learning.
Year :
2025
Industry :
EdTech / Professional Training
Client :
MyCaptain
Project Duration :
4 Months

Problem :
MyCaptain required an experienced digital marketing trainer to deliver fast-paced, skill-focused crash courses for a large student cohort. The objective was not broad theory, but practical, foundational skills that students could apply immediately.
With 400 students enrolled across 8 batches, the challenge was to ensure consistent quality, clarity, and engagement while covering multiple marketing disciplines within a tight timeframe.

Solution :
I designed and delivered a structured 4-month training program, with one specialized marketing focus each month—SEO, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Branding.
Each topic was taught as a 1-month crash course, running two parallel batches per month. Every course was highly practical, emphasizing real-world workflows, frameworks, and examples rather than surface-level theory.

Challenge :
Condensing complex subjects like SEO and Performance Marketing into short, high-impact sessions required careful prioritization of essential skills. Teaching large batches in a compressed format demanded strong curriculum design, time management, and clear instructional flow.
Maintaining training quality while onboarding new batches every month also required consistent structure and disciplined execution.
Summary :
This engagement successfully trained 400+ students through 8 intensive crash course batches within four months. By breaking the program into focused, topic-specific modules, students gained practical exposure to core digital marketing skills in a short learning cycle.
The project demonstrates my ability to design, scale, and deliver high-impact digital marketing training programs—balancing speed, depth, and real-world relevance for large learner groups.
